Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account?

Yes — first join the UKCL Discord server, then sign in with Discord. It's quick and free.

Why do I need to join the Discord?

It keeps the community connected and helps prevent abuse. You must be a member to play on UKCL.

How do I join a tournament?

Join the Discord, sign in, create or join a team, then register for an open tournament from the Tournaments page.

How are matches scheduled?

There are no scheduled times. An admin starts the tournament when ready, and teams play their matches and submit scores.

How do I find opponents in-game?

Players can add their Activision ID to their profile so you can add them as friends.

Is there a 3rd place match?

Yes — tournaments with 4 or more teams include a 3rd/4th place consolation match.

How do I report abuse or spam?

Use the Report button on a recruitment listing, scrim, team or player profile. Reports are private and create a support ticket for staff, who can remove listings or cancel scrims from Admin.

Reporting & Support

Use Report buttons across the site to flag spam, harassment, fraud, or inappropriate content — they create a private ticket for staff review.

You can report:

  • Recruitment listings — spam, fraud or harassment during recruitment
  • Scrim listings — spam or inappropriate practice requests
  • Players and teams — harassment or fraudulent information

Staff review reports in Tickets and Admin → Reports and can close recruitment listings, cancel scrims, and review linked applications.
