Terms of Service

By creating an account or using UKCL you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This is a community league — not affiliated with Activision.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of ukcl.online, our Discord bot and related services. We may update them from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. We will bump the “Last updated” date when we do.

2. Accounts & Discord

You sign in via Discord OAuth. You must be a member of the UKCL Discord to register. You are responsible for your Activision ID and any content you post. One account per person — alt accounts to evade bans will be removed.

3. Acceptable use

• No cheating, hacking, exploiting, boosting or sharing accounts.
• No harassment, hate speech, doxxing or NSFW content.
• No spam, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the site or Discord.
• Follow tournament, ladder and wager rules and staff instructions.

4. Teams, tournaments, ladders & wagers

Creating or joining a team, entering a tournament, posting a ladder challenge or placing a wager is subject to the specific rules shown on that page and the Competitive Settings. Staff may adjust brackets, seeds, results or standings to correct errors or enforce fair play. Points are a site-only virtual currency with no cash value.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (team logos, clips, messages). You grant UKCL a licence to host and display it on the site and Discord for league purposes. We may remove content that breaks these Terms. Uploaded images are auto-compressed.

6. Moderation & termination

Staff may warn, mute, remove content, disqualify teams, suspend or ban accounts, Discord IDs or IPs that violate these Terms or fair play. Bans may be appealed via a support ticket or Discord ticket. Staff decisions on competitive matters are final.

7. Availability & liability

UKCL is provided “as is” without warranties. We do our best to keep the site up but do not guarantee uptime. To the fullest extent allowed by law, UKCL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using UKCL you also agree to that Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
